Business case: Randstad

Since januari 2004, GlidePath manages and monitors Randstad's centralized IT-infrastructure. It is focussed at all aspects of 7 x 24 hours operational management of Randstad's production systems.

After an implementation period of approximately 6 months Randstad was put into production in the GlidePath's Shared Operations Center.

The IT-management tasks GlidePath performs include the management and monitoring of existing IT infrastructres, the management of the migration of new Centralized IT- infrastructures and the implementation, management and monitoring of these new infrastructures.

By giving this responsability to GlidePath, Randstad underlines the reliability that GlidePath can offer for large, centralized and mission-critical IT-infrastructures.

The current workflow between Randstad and GlidePath allows Randstad to focus at its core business, enhance the performance and reliability of its IT, and get transparent insight in its continuous business processes.
