GlidePath is a service organisation that provides monitoring and management of business critical IT environments. 24 Hours per day, 7 days per week. GlidePath performs IT management tasks to guarantee the continuity of our customers’s businesses.

GlidePath is able to provide high availability and performance guarantees for IT infrastructures by using standardised (ITIL) processes, supported with experienced and certified engineers, using a unique technical surrounding. GlidePath is an Operations Center that provides IT capacity -, management - and Asp-services. This guarantees the operational continuity of its customers.

We monitor and manage the complexity and risks of our customers' IT infrastructures and by doing so, we reduce costs and improve performance. We contribute directly to a company's results with our innovative approach to managed services.

GlidePath Services form the foundation for high-quality operational IT management. Via its services, GlidePath manages soft- & hardware components of an IT environment at any location. GlidePath can manage up to the application, so we are able to quickly identify the impact of a failure for business processes.

The role of Glidepath

In general, companies choose their hardware and software. Glidepath will manage and advice in this process. In the role of director, Glidepath also protects these processes against a too aggressive expansion of an IT-infrastructure. Glidepath provide insight into all processes. That means that beside the internal use of applications, thanks to modern measure - and management technology, also the processes internally can be settled.

Glidepath's role starts already at the planning stage of the of design of the IT-solution. The correct hardware is arranged and provisioned. In other words: Glidepath assigns the correct capacity to the correct applications and processes. This process is also being managed.

GlidePath will accompany the customer at combining its several soft - and hardware components. Where necessary, Glidepath can offer the correct functionality as a standard-service on Asp-basis. Finally, Glidepath looks after the operations and services as described.

This approach ensures carefree IT-processes within a company.

Anyplace, anywhere

GlidePath Netherlands manages ICT components wherever they are located, locally on the customer site, centrally in datacenters or across a complete international enterprise.

We deliver our service via a single Service Level Agreement which covers all layers of an IT infrastructure and the operational management processes. This single SLA reflects the performance that GlidePath delivers with the components of an infrastructure. It is not a combination of multiple SLA's, but a real integrated IT service solution.
